The knives are:

• G2 - 20cm chefs knife
• G9 - 21cm bread knife
• GS5 - 14cm veg knife
• GS3 - 14cm cooks knife
• GSF15 - 8cm paring knife

Global knives have been specifically designed to provide excellent balance, whilst still being very light.

As they are made from Japanese steel (which is generally much tougher than others) they will keep the cutting edge for a longer period than their competitors.

This does mean though that it can be difficult to resharpen without the proper kit, as such we strongly recommend the Minosharp ceramic water sharpener.

Lastly, please do not dishwash these knives in any circumstances - they really do not like it!
